This is special extrusion line for coating of various materials on galvanised steel wire or spring or ropes. This line can extrude PVC, HDPE, MDPE, NYLON, PP and many other materials as per the customer application and need.
The Galvanized Steel Wire machine/Spring Coating Line machine incorporates the special design Decoiler, Caterpiller, cutter and takeup, which are all customised to suit the specific customer product. The line is very user friendly and offers many on line controls which reduces the scrap and speeds up the production process.
The data management system enables customer to understand the energy utilization at every production run. The PLC operated lines with Recipe management make the line further easy to operate and maintain.
